After you have completed the Interest
Inventory and the worksheet that
goes
along with it you need to complete the survey below. The survey
will ask for some of the same information from lesson one so have your
worksheet up and ready. The purpose of the survey is to help the
high school you'll be attending on My Life Days prepare for your visit.
